We’re Hiring Experienced & Lead Gutter Installers

ProBuilt Hawaii is seeking a Master Gutter Installer who is precision-focused and passionate about quality craftsmanship. This role involves the expert installation of seamless copper and aluminum gutters in one of the most beautiful locations in the world. We are urgently hiring a Lead Gutter Installer to oversee and execute the installation of seamless rain gutter systems. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and project management capabilities. The ideal candidate is reliable, decisive, and committed to high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Gutter Installer:

Install seamless K-style copper and aluminum gutters with expert-level accuracy

Interpret rooflines and ensure proper pitch, drainage, and secure fitting

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site

Communicate clearly and respectfully with team members and clients

Follow OSHA and company safety protocols

Gutter Lead:

Lead the installation of rain gutter systems on residential and condominium properties

Accurately read and follow project plans

Install seamless K-style aluminum and copper gutters with expert-level accuracy

Supervise and coordinate a team of installers

Identify and resolve on-site challenges independently

Document project details and maintain installation records

Collaborate with project managers to ensure efficient use of resources

Requirements:

2+ years of full-time rain gutter experience (in the past 2–3 years)

Proven ability to manage and complete projects independently (Lead Installers)

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Capable of lifting 80+ lbs and working on roofs/ladders

Familiar with measurement tools, safety protocols, and jobsite logistics

Valid driver’s license with a clean record

U.S. citizen or holder of a valid work visa

Proficient in English (spoken and understood)

Clean background check (no felonies)

Willingness to undergo drug screening

Precise, patient, and methodical work ethic

Physically fit and confident working on roofs and ladders

Self-motivated, reliable, and committed to delivering excellent results

Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive salary: $80,000–$115,000+ annually (based on experience)
